People have asked us recently what is the difference between the HD and the WIDE systems. They also want to know which system will work best for what they are doing. We have tried to help our customers understand what makes both of these systems great! We want you to have options, both systems are great and will work great for you!

  • If you are looking for a VERY sharp picture and sound quality...GO with the HD.
  • If you are looking for a camera that you can use when your not racing for filming other things such as family events, other races, birthday parties, etc.....GO with the HD
  • If you are looking for a camera with a remote or wide angle lens....GO with the WIDE.
  • If you are looking for a camera to film in tight spaces like cockpits, suspension, or helmet....Go with the WIDE
  • If you are looking for a camera that needs to be waterproof....Go with the WIDE

We Recomend the Wide if you race:

  • Mini-Sprints
  • Midgets
  • Go-Karts (any type of karting)
  • Sprint Cars

We recommend the HD if you race:

  • Modifieds (most all types)
  • Stock cars (asphalt and dirt)
  • Most all full bodied cars
